一、学校概况General Information

印尼斯里维加亚国立理工学院（Politeknik Negeri Sriwijaya，简称POLSRI）是印度尼西亚南苏门答腊省首府巨港的一所公立高等职业技术院校，也是印尼顶尖的理工学院之一。学院前身为斯里维加亚大学理工学院，1982年9月20日正式成立，1998年经印尼教育部批准更名为国立理工学院。主校区位于巨港市，分校区位于南苏门答腊省班尤阿辛县，地理位置优越，交通便利。

Sriwijaya State Polytechnic (Politeknik Negeri Sriwijaya, abbreviated as POLSRI) is a public vocational higher education institution located in Palembang, the capital city of South Sumatra, Indonesia, and one of the top polytechnics in Indonesia. Formerly known as the Polytechnic of Sriwijaya University, it was officially established on September 20, 1982, and renamed as a state polytechnic with the approval of the Indonesian Ministry of Education in 1998. The main campus is in Palembang City, and the branch campus is in Banyuasin Regency, South Sumatra, enjoying a superior geographical location and convenient transportation。

二、发展历程History

1. 初创阶段（1982年）：成立初期仅开设土木工程、机械工程2个专业，最多容纳576名学生，教学资源与课程体系由印尼国家理工教育发展中心（PEDC）统筹建设。

2. 拓展阶段（1986-1992年）：1986年增设商科（会计、行政管理方向）；1987年新增电气工程、电子工程、电信工程、工业化学工程；1992年商科拆分为会计系、企业管理系。

3. 成熟阶段（2002年至今）：2002年开设首个应用学士（D4）专业——道路与桥梁设计；2009年起陆续新增能源工程、可再生能源工程、数字商务等专业；2026年已开设9大系部、40余个专业，涵盖Diploma III（D3，专科）、Diploma IV（D4，应用学士）、硕士（S2）三个层次。

1. Initial Stage (1982): At its founding, it offered only two majors: Civil Engineering and Mechanical Engineering, with a maximum capacity of 576 students. Teaching resources and curriculum were centrally developed by the Polytechnic Education Development Center (PEDC) of Indonesia.

2. Expansion Stage (1986-1992): In 1986, the Commerce Department (Accounting and Administration concentrations) was added; in 1987, Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Telecommunication Engineering, and Industrial Chemical Engineering were launched; in 1992, the Commerce Department split into the Department of Accounting and the Department of Business Administration.

3. Maturity Stage (2002-present): In 2002, the first Applied Bachelor (D4) major, Road and Bridge Design, was launched; since 2009, majors such as Energy Engineering, Renewable Energy Engineering, and Digital Business have been added successively; by 2026, it has 9 departments and more than 40 majors, covering three levels: Diploma III (D3, Associate Degree), Diploma IV (D4, Applied Bachelor), and Master (S2).

1. 校企深度融合：与印尼国家石油公司（Pertamina）、柳工机械（LiuGong）、印尼银行（Bank Indonesia）等知名企业合作，提供实习与就业通道，毕业生就业率超90%。

2. 国际化发展：开设“1+1+1中国项目”（1年印尼+1年中国+1年中国企业实习）；与瑞士政府、中国多所高校合作，开展师生交换、联合科研；2026年面向国际学生提供全额学费减免+每月300万印尼盾助学金。

3. 实践教学导向：70%课程为实操训练，配备太阳能电站实验室、机械加工车间、数字商务实验室等先进设施，培养应用型技术人才。

4. 社会服务能力：设有 Halal 认证审计中心、社区服务中心，为地方企业与社区提供技术支持与培训。

1. Deep Industry-University Integration: Cooperates with well-known enterprises such as Pertamina, LiuGong Machinery, and Bank Indonesia, providing internship and employment channels. The employment rate of graduates exceeds 90%.

2. International Development: Launches the "1+1+1 China Program" (1 year in Indonesia + 1 year in China + 1 year internship in Chinese enterprises); cooperates with the Swiss government and many Chinese universities to carry out student and teacher exchanges and joint scientific research; in 2026, it offers full tuition waiver + monthly stipend of 3 million IDR for international students.

3. Practical Teaching Orientation: 70% of the courses are practical training, equipped with advanced facilities such as solar power station laboratories, mechanical processing workshops, and digital business laboratories to cultivate applied technical talents.

4. Social Service Capacity: It has a Halal certification audit center and a community service center to provide technical support and training for local enterprises and communities.
